Refund Policy
To cancel your registration for the Conference, please send an email to contact@wynconferences.com notifying the WYN Conferences group of your decision. In case you no longer wish to attend the Conference, your registration fee will be transferred to subsequent events organized by WYN Conferences. However, if you also decide not to participate in the subsequent events, please be aware that we can only provide a 50% refund of the registration fee if you notify us before 60 days prior to the event. After the 60-day mark we are unable to offer any refund. Please note that all refunds will be processed after one week from the completion date of the conference you initially registered for. Once the refund is initiated, it may take 7 to 10 working days to be processed.
We kindly inform you that in the unfortunate event of cancellation due to natural calamities, refunds will not be possible. However, the fee will be credited toward your registration for subsequent events. We appreciate your understanding and support.
